Recognise the importance of communication. We have an almost unique policy of not screening calls. No callers are asked to identify themselves, we encourage any existing or potential clients to test us on this.
Understand that for a lot of businesses the accountant is the first port of call with a business query. We will endeavour to help wherever we can with any business query a client may have. Where we cannot help we will be honest with clients and use our best endeavours to find someone who can.
