Outside of the office Helen enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing at her holiday house in Torquay and seeing her beloved Hawks win. Helen also likes spending time by herself, reading and gardening.

Rob Deayton B.Bus Comm ASA

Rob joined the firm in April 2005 after graduating from Monash University with a Bachelor of Business and Commerce. Rob is currently completing further study to become a CPA. Rob is a valuable member of our team, his main areas of expertise is General Accounting, Taxation, GST and Accounting Software Programs. Outside the office Rob enjoys playing football, spending time at the beach, catching up with friends and watching his AFL team St. Kilda win.

Mark Rogerson B.Comm, CPA, SSA

Mark joined the firm in February 2007. With a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University, Mark has held some diverse roles outside the Accounting profession since graduating. His most recent as a Business Development Manager in the Alcohol industry. Mark has completed his CPA and is also a SMSF Specialist Advisor. Mark is also undertaking a masters level course in Self Managed Super. Outside of work, Mark loves seeing his AFL team Geelong win, enjoys playing football, relaxing with family and friends and is a volunteer fire fighter with Narre Warren East CFA. Mark’s area of expertise is Self Managed Superannuation Funds.

Belinda Billsborrow



Belinda joined the firm in 2005, having completed her VCE at Ringwood Secondary College. Belinda is a valuable member of the team, her personality and thoughtfulness a real asset to the team. Belinda is our Client Services Coordinator - our work flow manager and contact for clients regarding management of their documents and information. Outside of the office Belinda enjoys local footy and spending time with family and friends.

Andrew Armitage B.Bus (Acc)

Andrew joined the firm in December 2003 after three years in London. Andrew has been in the accounting profession for 18 years with his experience ranging from taxation to financial accounting in private practice & industry both in Melbourne & London. He is a mad sports fan & Geelong supporter, and no longer dreaming of that elusive premiership. Other interests include home renovating, dining out and travel, although the latter has been partly curtailed since the arrival of his first child in June 2007.

Ian joined our firm in Dec 2007 after completing an Advanced Diploma of Accounting and a Bachelor of Business at Swinburne University in 2007. In his spare time Ian enjoys camping, waterskiing ( If he can ever find any water), watching Essendon win, playing cricket for St Andrews CC, playing mixed basketball for the mighty violet crumbles and playing in a social pool league.
